Wow! We had a great time at Xanadu. It is a great location away from the noise and hustle of surfers, across the road from a lovely patrolled beach. Great views, spacious apartment, huge pools. Everything you needed was there. Our family of 4 stayed for 6 nights and were sad to leave. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Only thing we didn't realise is we would need to top up our own supplies of toiletries. Just a small thing but would have been nice to have the paper topped up when the apartment was serviced mid-stay. (unit 111) Alison

Had a wonderful stay at Xanadu. Stayed in a 2 room apartment which was just perfect. Each bedroom and the lounge had sliding door access to the huge balcony with views up and down the coast and straight out to the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, glass and china, cooking utensils and storage. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The ladies on reception were great, very friendly and could not do enough to help us. I recommend this resort to anyone. Sue Pryer (unit #49).

From the moment we arrived we were absolutely blown away, grand views up and down the beach and across the bay. Spacious rooms which were clean and tidy. Kids had a ball with easy access to the beach and swimming pools and the location is great with easy access to the restaurants and marina. Definitely exceeded my expectations, would have no problem recommending to friends (already have recommended to family and friends) and will definitely be back...hopefully sooner rather than later. Best resort on the Gold Coast!!!!!!!!!!! Sam.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better and apartment lovely. Very clean and comfortable we didn't want to leave. Will definitely return in the future (unit 105). 

We didn't want to leave. A spacious two bedroom apartment in the North Tower, with beautiful views from both balconies quickly became a home away from home...except better :) We were blessed with gorgeous weather, and were in the right location to take advantage. The large well positioned kitchen coupled with the lovely balcony views encouraged dining in. Will definitely consider returning (unit 121). Regards, Michael.

Thank you Xanadu for helping make our family holiday so special. The accommodation was fantastic with the spectacular ocean views & spacious rooms. When we weren't visiting theme parks we loved having the beach so close (across the road) & thoroughly enjoyed finishing up the days by relaxing in the warm indoor spas. The staff were friendly & helpful if we required anything. Cannot speak more highly of the place! (oh and the bedspreads are super soft for a great nights' sleep)! Can't wait to come back (unit 121) Melanie Hall. 

Fantastic place to stay, friendly and very helpful staff, the rooms are lovely, and the facilities are great my teenage boys loved it. Will be back for sure (unit 111) - Renae Griffiths. 

We felt the smiles beam across our faces from the minute we walked through the door and saw the fantastic ocean view and the large open living area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in room 61 in the East tower and the resort facilities. Tedder Ave with all the Cafes was also fabulous for a meal out, or cocktail at the bar. We enjoyed cooking and eating in on our balcony also and woke up to stunning ocean views in both bedrooms. Thank you to the friendly staff and especially Ann who was at reception each day of our stay. Patrick Peekers

What a magnificent complex! We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment and the room, views ... everything was great. The pools, the service, the location were fantastic. We no longer need to look for somewhere to stay on the Gold Coast - this is it! Kate Craven unit 56.

As regulars at Xanadu, we were once again not disappointed. Favorite part of the Gold Coast and great location of the resort. What we like the most is the wonderful service from Reception. Nothing is to much trouble. Thanks for making our stay great! Unit 94 - Anne Wyatt

Wow! The views from the 24th floor took our breath away. This was an apartment we didn't want to leave. The allure of the nearby Tedder Avenue restaurants couldn't compete with the views we had from our balcony - we preferred to eat in and enjoy the private and spectacular views, though when we did venture out, Tedder Avenue was so convenient. Even the kitchen has a view of the ocean. We looked down on the fireworks for NYE and could even see them from our pillows - no need to even sit up. We didn't need news updates to find out the surf conditions, we could check them for ourselves from the balcony. Next time we'll bring binoculars to watch the dolphins more closely. The unit (148) was quiet, spacious, beautifully decorated and perfect to share with adult children. We'll come again with another couple or our family - we could live here and never tire of that view. Staff were so helpful, from enquiry to departure. Couldn't ask for more. David Hislop

We had booked in at a nearby establishment, but the unit was a disgrace and checked out the next morning. The friendly and very helpful staff at Xanadu booked us in for 9 days (Xmas Eve) into a fantastic apartment on the 23rd floor and there was no looking back.The apartment was of a superior fit out, overlooking the beach and a pleasure to stay in. The complex is first rate and very well maintained. Highly Recommended!!!! Peter W Wadsworth unit 144.

Xanadu is a great place to stay. Great location, fantastic views, friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are large, clean and well appointed. The complex is large and all facilities are well maintained. Highly recommended. Steve Ryan, unit 72.

I was first introduced to Xanadu a few years ago by Southern friends who had stayed there before and after numerous Coast visits preferred it to any other accommodation. Xanadu has become the only place myself and large extended family stay. The rooms are always clean, tidy and beautiful. the indoor and outdoor pools are great. the location is great, away from the direct noise of downtown Surfers but close enough to still enjoy all it has to offer (about 3km). the views are absolutely amazing. secure parking for guests. laundry in room. there is no restaurant attached, however, with so many great eating places nearby to either dine at or to pick up from (and not just the boring usual fast food fare) besides the rooms have a great kitchen available. The staff are wonderful and deliver true customer service for guests. I would TOTALLY recommend this place, and do. Jeanalle Patrick, unit 74.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much.  We did have a hiccup in that we were put into the wrong room when we checked in and had to move to the correct room the next day.  It was a little inconvenient but the management treated us with care and respect and gave us a voucher for a lovely meal at a lovely local restaurant. The apartments were big and roomy, the view was great and the facilities enjoyable.  We did prefer the layout of the first apartment (72) that we were in.  The lounge was in the centre of the apt. with the rooms on either side.  It just seemed more comfortable.
This was the second time that we have stayed at Xanadu and will return in the future.

This place is great - it is clean, centrally located and the staff are wonderful. We stay here each time we come up to QLD from NSW and always look forward to it. The apartments are large, modern and have great big verandas. Let's not forget the beautiful ocean views this place has. Truly a great place to stay. Thanks for the hospitality Xanadu, we will be back again! Kelly.

We stayed in November 2012 what a wonderful resort, very upmarket, extremely clean and tidy, we stayed on the 20th floor with wonderful ocean views, pleasant staff, would recommend to friends, will be back for another holiday, the location was ideal, no noise except for the sea, walk across the road to the beach, short walk into surfers paradise. free parking , very fast lifts, all good news!! Unit 61.

What a fabulous place to stay! Lovely staff great facilities and beautiful rooms. With a toddler always on the go, it was great to see that the room we had was fully secure which made me feel at ease. We were made very welcome by the lovely ladies at the counter and it was really nice to always have a hello and good bye each time to came in and out. Will definitely be staying here again! Unit 30.
