HEALTH & HYGIENE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

Xanadu Main Beach Resort would like to assure our guests that it is our key focus in keeping everyone safe and healthy at Xanadu.

The well-being of all members of our staff, stakeholders, and guests is of paramount importance to us. To ensure your safety, we are taking all necessary precautionary measures in accordance with the guidelines from the World Health Organization and our local and state public health authorities. Our housekeeping department is going to extreme lengths to ensure our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for your safety and comfort.

• Reduced contact at check-in and check out
• Protective guards are in place at the reception desk
• Touch free hand sanitizer dispensers are in place in the front of all lifts at Basement and Ground floor levels.
• Sanitizing stations with paper towel, disinfectant spray bottle and “how to use” signage is available for use at each luggage trolley storage rack.
• Extensive cleaning is in place for all common area’s around the complex. Lift buttons, door handles and all frequently used touch surfaces are wiped and sanitized on a regular basis.
