We're leaving no stone unturned to ensure your satisfaction. As part of the refurbishment, we'll be replacing brick paving, garden planters, concrete hobs, upgrading the tennis court surface, and revamping the pathways and paved areas surrounding the outdoor pool and BBQ spots. There will be limited access to visitor parking via the main driveway and temporary restrictions on entering and exiting the ground floor foyer. Whale Watching

In the later part of the year, from June to October, the mighty humpback whale migration begins as these awesome ocean mammoths head to the warmer waters in the north to breed. Even though you can see the whales from your Xanadu Main Beach apartment, nothing can replace the excitement and awe of seeing them up close in their natural environment.

Whale watching tours leave from Main Beach at Mariner's Cove and you can do a half or full day cruise aboard a 32 metre catamaran, that is perfect for whale spotting and watching. And, if you aren’t sure about the ocean, you will be happy to know you only need to head to the waters off Surfers Paradise for this truly unforgettable experience with these majestic marine mammals. Tickets are available at Reception.
